I huge shout out to the guys at Cox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. We took my Lexus in for an inspection last week. We didn’t have an appointment. We were literally in and out in less than 10 minutes. My husband also had his brakes replaced last week. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Extremely clean! We have purchased several vehicles from them and Cox Toyota. Amazing customer service! Wonderful team!

Always an issue with this dealership.. got my 2014 jeep grand cherokee from them.. recieved 20 free oil changes and they started putting in 5w20 when the sales person said it was 0w20 when I bought it. so after a few oil changes they switched to 0w20 and tried to charge me for it. I told them I am still under contract for free oil changes and I thought it was 5w20 so it would be cheaper.. they said they will look into the contract and that it could do either. Service was quick especially without having to make an appointment. Unfortunately when I called for an estimate for service I was told an “old” number. With inflation at historic highs, giving a deceiving estimate does not sit well with one.

Evidently staffing shortages. 7:30 appt from over a week ago and can’t get the car worked on until the afternoon. Inspection was done quickly.

After getting an oil , change , got home , checked oil nothing showing on the dipstick , stated looking , they charged for 6 quarts of oil , when 8 ar required for changing oil and filter . GO THERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL
